Core Strategy:

We are committed to helping people move away from the mundane and monotonous towards those things that motivate and mobilize them to live a life with purpose and personal fulfillment.

One way we measure our success is by the evidence of lifestyle changes; good healthy habits and practices that help in the whole health of the individual, mind, body and spirit. Examples of healthy lifestyle changes:

Mind -

•  Reading that encourages positive thoughts about oneself and others • Listening to books and inspirational messages and talks that lift us up.

•  Developing healthy relationships that bring out the best in us.

•  Taking courses, participating in workshops that force us to grow and learn new things about ourselves and the world around us.

•  Watch movies, television programming, documentaries, etc. that are inspirational, comical, and/or educational in nature and that move you in some way.

Body -

•  Develop a daily exercise routine.

•  Join a gym and have an exercise partner or personal trainer to keep you accountable.

•  Participate in an aerobic or yoga class.

•  Develop healthy eating habits.

•  Buy organic food.

•  Plant a garden.

•  Make sure you get a minimum of 7 hours sleep each night.

Spirit -

•  Read scripture or inspirational writings each day that challenge the soul.

•  Pray and meditate each day.

•  Keep a journal of the rhythms of your life - your ups and downs; areas of growth as well as challenges.

•  Join a place of worship to find fellowship and community with like-minded people.

•  Practice spiritual disciplines like fasting, giving to charity, volunteering, scripture memorization and meditation, solitude, etc.
